Modify view of survey

    I cannot find a way to modify the default view of a survey. We have a survey for workers to complete regarding the type of documents that exist in their departments - origin, purpsoe, required action and so on. The only view I can see lists the responses as Resposne #1, Response #2 and so on. I'd prefer to see the answer to the first question shown somewhere (choice, radio button). Anyone know of a way to show that? Thanks!

    I found a way to do this using SPD and a data view web part. Works for me in that sorting by "document type" generates a list of what content types and e-forms need to be created. Sorting by "action required" shows which items need to have a workflow created for them. This will impose some order on an enormous task involving multiple departments and oodles of forms. :>)
