Inbuilt Approval workflow having issues

    Hi,

    I am configuring the in-built approval workflow for approving the list items. I have also turned on the "Content Approval" setting within the list as well.

    Now, the workflow starts fine and send an email for approval. However, once the approvar approves the item, it again starts instead of finishing and update the status as Approved. What could be the issue?

    Sounds like you need to set the workflow to parallel approvals. Can you check that?
