FrameMaker 8.0's workgroup feature lets you set up a workgroup server by providing the following information: server URL, user-name, password. I've tried all the permutations I can think of, but always get the error-message "Server returned error: unauthorised access". Any tips? Oh, and we're working in a single sign-on environment, so I've tried leaving user-name and password blank as well as filling them in.

Not familiar with FrameMaker 8.0. Is this some sort of SP add-on?
