Feedback: Become Your Company’s SharePoint SuperStar!
Paul Grenier and I just finished another SharePoint SuperStar! session, one of the live online workshops at EndUserSharePoint.com. We’ll use this area to get feedback from the participants to see how it went for them.
Paul pulled some surprises today with a few updated web parts and a new one called calcHTML. Fun stuff. Let’s see what everyone has to say…
This webinar was great! I believe that our company will be able to use many of the features immediately–the Calendar and task rollovers will definetly add further functionality. Also, the max/min of all documents in a library is so very useful! I do believe that we will find a use for the rollovers in document libraries, but currently our metadata is junk–so being able to preview it now is only a reminder of that. Needless to say, we hope to clean that up in our new rollout of SP and so it could be very useful eventually. Thank you very much!
This was a very well thought out workshop! and giving participants a sharepoint sandbox to follow along is a great offering. Can’t wait to share my tips with colleagues!
The webinar was great! The webparts were extremely helpful and I was able to immediately start implementing them on my site. When I ran into a little snag, Paul quickly helped me resolve it.
The webinar covered a lot of info, but it was well-presented, and having the sandbox to work in was great. Will definitely sign up for more of these.
Great webinar, I have listened to the recording one more time also. Today, as part of a meeting with our I.T. departmentI was able to demo a few of the web parts from the workshop. By doing this I have highlighted my efforts to assist my users without taking additional resource time from the IT department. This also allowed them to see I need an additional development area with SharePoint Designer which I have been asking about for some time now. Thanks so much.
BTW – Nice jobe in Boston at Sharepoint Saturday.
Thanks so much Deborah. We’ll be back in Boston soon :)
