Feedback: The Fundamentals of SharePoint Dashboards

Case Studies in SharePoint Dashboards

We just finished a GREAT three hour online session on how to create basic dashboards in WSS and MOSS. I want to use this area to get feedback from the people who participated in the workshop.

They’ve got their own SharePoint sandbox to play around with, they’ve got plug and play web parts to check out, a Mind Map with the documentation for all the solutions and a three hour recording of the entire session.

Let’s see what they have to say…

Creating graphic indicators without the Data View Web Part and without the MOSS KPI web part is a terrific technique. That was the main reason I attended this session and it didn’t fail to deliver.

  2. Mark,

    Thank you

This course was very helpful and I enjoyed learning about the visual status bars / high priority markers as well as how to build the Quote of the Day webpart.

Is it possible to get the mindmap and the web part info/source?

It sounds like a great session – I am very sorry I missed it.

    Thanks,

  5. Richard – Yes, the session went very well. Unfortunately, the resources and recording are only available for the participants of the workshop.

I’ll ping you and give some options.

    Regards,
    Mark

After trying out the Excel class … I would definitely like to attend this workshop when it’s offered next. Please let me know, meanwhile I’ll watch for it on the RSS.
