I would really appreciate your suggestions, a method to filter a column with multiple users.

When it comes with using the SharePoint platform we have to make sure that we are asking complete questions and really getting an understanding of the user’s experience.
Workflow and BPM often get lumped together but it is important to understand the difference between them if you are to pick the right tool for your enterprise.

In SharePoint terms, “Out of the box” refers to the functionality of what the platform can give you using all of its Built-in tools (note the term “Built-in”).

To me, SharePoint Out of the Box makes total sense and should not be dismissed.

To me, SharePoint implementations in a large percentage of the cases ought to be evolutionary rather than revolutionary
One of the many decisions users experience with SharePoint is to decide which of the various types of web parts should be used, how to configure the web part for what is needed or deciding to create a customized web part to accomplish what is needed.
