The control in the form knows it should limit options to the IT Members group but Datasheet View seems to have its own control that ignores the filter.</p> <p>I'm adding this post to my favorites for further investigation. I have a column named Resource Name of type Person or Group. I have selected to Choose From: SharePoint Group: IT Members in order to limit the selections to IT staff only. Most users will enter this information a Datasheet view. The problem being, All Users show up in the Resource Name field's dropdown in the Datasheet View (if I create it via the "New" button, only the Resource Names in the specified group can be selected). Is this just one of those crazy SharePoint things?!?! Or am I missing something? </p>
