Wed, 19 Nov 2008 11:32:02 +0000NancyCentury2554@http://www.endusersharepoint.com/STP/<p>If I use "Assign a Form to a Group" action in SPD to gather feedback on a document, and the document library has check in/check out enabled, how will that affect the behavior of the source document when my reviewers open it to review before submtiting their feedback? </p>
<p>If the original document is not checked out, will the first person to open it for review check it out to himself, causing all subsequent reviewers to get an "open in read-only" option (until he checks it back in), and so forth?</p>
<p>Or is is better to leave it checked out for the whole workflow, so no one will be able to alter it during the review process?
