Hi

What we have got in a our live farm is a list called ICT Support KB which has all our ICT support articles. In each article there is a field called Keywords, where the author selects what keyword best matches the article. Based on these Keywords, I would like to create a search which will pull up all articles based on the keyword. For example the keyword called Emails should pull up all articles relating to Emails, Outlook etc in the search list

How do I create a scope in SharePoint to search list items to pull up results from a keyword search?

Have you thought about using views instead of a custom search scope? Depends really on how many keywords you have.

It uses filters to "search" your list, it's really fast.
