I hope someone can help with this one.
We have used this template for some time now and have had pretty good luck with it. Overall we have not had any issues with sign up for courses until now. The ongoing registrations list at the bottom of each course, somehow duplicated itself over the weekend. It still says the last time and creation date by the last person, which is the correct last entry, but on the list of those signed up, the list has duplicated and in some cases triplicated (if that is a word) itself.
IE - if there were 25 registered attendees with the last one being Jane Doe, there are now 50-75 registered attendees with the same 25 repeated after the last successful sign up. I know that they could not have registered twice since they get a message saying they are already enrolled and gives them a choice to unenroll.
My server guru said that the database and Sharepoint had not been updated or anything out of the ordinary over the weekend.
Stumped me and my IT guy, that is for sure.
