It appears to be something different with our web applications, because the meeting workspace works fine on all the sites using our first web application.

But, from some reason, when we create a meeting workspace on the sites stored under our second web application, then it does not work correctly. The meeting workspace is created through outlook and the attendees are automatically added to the meeting workspace. But when the attendees respond, their responses are not automatically updated in the meeting workspace. The meeting workspace shows "None" for their responses even though everyone has accepted the meeting request.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Melinda

Hi Melinda. Here is my standard Outlook to Sharepoint meeting workspace rant: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=106

Maybe this linking has improved with SP2010? We can only hope. As a standard, I steer everyone away from using them, unless the are nonrecurring. Then there is really little risk for them breaking.

That's just my opinion. Maybe someone else has a more favorable one?
